While most of the early examples of AR porn we’re seeing today are of computer generated avatars and 3D body scans. Creator of augmented reality porn app ‘Thick’ has big plans to bring real-life girls in to your bedroom.

VRPorn.com originally brought Thick to light a few months back. The site uploaded a video teaser offering a glimpse of what it’ll be like to have a real-life naked chick posing around in a real-world setting using AR technology. It was also revealed that Thick’s developer was in talks with a cam site called Studio20 about developing a platform where 3D webcam models are able to interact with the user in real time. Essentially, what we’re talking about is an augmented reality live cam site where holograms of girls can be seen and heard in your environment.

Little has been said since. However, as AR Porn gains traction. Creator of Thick announces that he wants to push plans for a live AR camming site forward and capitalize on this new and exciting field.

Thick was created by Hunter Monk. A Los Angeles based IOS developer that currently specializes in augmented reality video, and specifically ARKit.

Currently, Thick allows you to implement one model in to your environment. The application takes advantage of Arkit which enables the girl to be fixed in space relative to your surroundings. This means you can position her where you wish. You can walk around her and admire her from every perspective, as though she’s performing right there in front of you.

The video above demonstrates the model in action as she poses naked in a real-world setting. When asked if we’ll see more videos of pre-recorded models. Hunter explains that his focus is solely on developing a platform where 3D cam girls can perform live using augmented realty technology.

He goes on to say,

Getting the raw footage to create the recorded videos is expensive. It’s easier to have girls come into the studio, or possibly send out kits to them to stream with. There will be recordings of past live sessions, however going live-only is the plan.

While the concept of browsing through cam models online and watching them live is nothing new. Augmented reality will transform how that concept is experienced. Rather than the act taking place inside that little square box in front of you. You’ll enjoy the satisfaction of bringing these girls in to your real-world setting. You’ll admire them from every angle as they perform in 3D, giving total control over your viewing experience. Thick hasn’t yet announced when they will launch the platform. However, this is definitely one to watch out for.
